5 Days Johannesburg and Cape Town

Johannesburg, is south Africa’s biggest city and capital of Gauteng province, it began as a 19th-century gold-mining settlement. Its sprawling Soweto township was once home to Nelson Mandela and Desmond Tutu. Mandela’s former residence is now the Mandela House Museum. Other Soweto Museums that recount the struggle to end segregation include the somber Apartheid Museum and Constitution hill, a former prison complex. Cape Town is spread over a large expanse and so are the attractions. Everybody loves Cape Town even those that have just seen it in pics or videos; the landscapes, Terrain, history and most of all the spirit of the people and vast cultures truly undeniably leave a mark on one’s mind. For many prospective visitors the city’s highlights are a big life commitment. The minute one lands, it’s so obvious to see why six days cannot suffice. Hard choices have to be made.
