7:00am-8:00am Breakfast at your Hotel
8:00am -9:00am A guide/ driver from Ajuna tours and travels will pick you from the hotel to begin the city tour starting with a visit to the kasubi royal tombs of the Buganda kingdom, a world heritage site.
9:00am-10:30am proceed to the kabaka palace in Mengo where you will visit the torture chambers of former president of Uganda Idi Amini, here you will also visit the kabaka’s lake the largest man- made lake in Ugandaa
10:30 am-12:30 am The city tour will continue with an experience at the Uganda martyrs’ shrine in Namugongo where 22 martyrs were killed between 1885 and 1887 by the then king of Buganda kabaka mwanga.13 0f these martyrs were burnt alive here in Namugongo.
12:30 pm-2:00 pm Lunch break at any restaurant of your choice around Kampala.
2:00 pm-3:00 pm Transfer for a visit at the Uganda museum.
3:00pm-4:30pm Transfer to the Bahai temple the only temple in Africa among the 7 in the world. This makes Uganda Africa’s spiritual heart for the Bahai because the mother temple is found here in Kampala.
With time on your side, you will visit the Rubaga cathedral and Namirembe cathedrals plus the Ghaddafi national mosque or else the rest of the evening will be spent on leisure shopping at various craft shops in Kampala, dinner and overnight at the Hotel.
