5 DAYS NAIROBI TOUR

Day 1

You will board a classic Executive bus at Namayuba bus terminal in Kampala at 5pm, bus takes the eastern route through Mabira forest to jinja town continue through Iganga up to Busia border point at about 9pm, where you will be required to clear with the immigration offices for both Uganda and Kenya side. After 40 minutes stop at the border, you will set off to Nairobi through Nakuru and Naivasha, you will reach Nairobi early morning at 6am.

Day 2

A driver from the hotel will pick you up from the bus terminal and transfer you to the Monarch hotel, where you will refresh and have your breakfast. You may choose to have a short rest at the hotel after the long 12-hours journey or you may choose to start the day’s activities, which will be going to Nairobi national park. Once you arrive at Nairobi National Park, you'll start your 4-hours game drive in the semi open-roofed van, perfect for getting a 360-degree view of the scenery of a Wide-open grass plains and backdrop of the city scrapers, scattered acacia bush to view the endangered black rhino, lions, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas, buffaloes, giraffes and diverse birdlife with over 400 species, you will enjoy the park’s picnic sites, campsites and the walking trails for hikers. You will have lunch at a prefer venue and after lunch your driver will take you to the Giraffe Centre, where you can have the opportunity to come into close contact with the world’s tallest species, the giraffe, here you can adopt and meet, enjoy an afternoon tea, learn the history and shopping. Thereafter you will be transferred back to the Monarch hotel for dinner and overnight. You may chose have dinner outside the hotel since dinner is not inclusive of the room rate.

Day 3

After your early morning breakfast at your hotel, depending on the time you would have agreed with the driver. the driver will pick you from the hotel and drive you to the National Museum of Kenya. where you will sample Kenya’s rich heritage both for education and leisure, in addition you will be treated to a variety of shopping and dining facilities, as well as botanical gardens that offer a serene environment. You may have lunch here at the museum, after lunch you will continue to visit the Nairobi gallery, built in 1913, this was the Old PC’s office building fondly referred to as ‘Hatches, Matches and Dispatches’ because of the births, marriages and deaths that were recorded here. Today, the building is a National Monument and serves as a museum holding temporary art exhibitions. You can have a choice to visit the Karen Blixen Museum, museum shop offers handicrafts, posters and postcards, the Movie ‘Out of Africa’, books and other Kenyan souvenirs.  The grounds may be rented for wedding receptions, corporate functions and other events. Thereafter the driver will take you back to your hotel for dinner and overnight, dinner at the Monarch hotel is optional, you may have it out side.

Day 4

You will have breakfast in the morning at your hotel, the driver will pick you at the agreed time and you will head to the 2 rivers mall. Two Rivers Mall, the largest mall in Sub-Saharan Africa outside of South Africa, City lodge hotel and Victoria commercial bank. 2 rivers is set on 100 acres of mixed-use design providing premium facilities comprising Retail, Entertainment and Lifestyle facilities, modern office spaces, residential apartments, hotels and public amenities; and is positioned as Africa’s pre-eminent destination. Here expect to enjoy watching the latest, worldwide movie screenings without the Hussle of ever leaving your compound. You get to watch these global releases in the very first 4DX cinema in the region and the largest IMAX screen in East and Central Africa. There are so much more activities to enjoy like Ferris wheels, drop tower, flume Ride, Airborne shot etc. you may have your dinner at 2 rivers mall since the facility has got a number of restaurants in place, after which you will be transferred back to your hotel for overnight.

Day 5.

The final day of the Nairobi tour, you will have breakfast at the hotel and later check out of the hotel, check out time is 10:30am, you can have a city tour of Nairobi down town while enjoy shopping for souvenirs, you will have lunch at your preferred venue. Later the driver from your hotel will transfer you to the bus terminal at 4pm to catch your bus to Kampala. The bus sets off to Kampala at 5pam sharp. End of the 5 days Nairobi tour. Thank you!
