3 Days Jinja Adventure.

This 3-days adventure takes you to Jinja which is located in the Eastern part of Uganda. Its tropical atmosphere and lush vegetation are big attractions, but the main highlight is undisputedly the river Nile. The source of river Nile is located in Jinja about 1.5 hours from Kampala, the capital city of Uganda. This tour gives you all that Jinja has to offer in 3days.

Day 1: Kampala to Jinja with stops at Sezibwa falls and Mabira forest

Our company guide will pick you up after your breakfast, or from any agreed pick-up venue. There is so much to see along the way from Kampala to Jinja. You will stop for a guided nature walk around the spectacular Sezibwa falls, Proceed to Mabira forest for zip lining, Archery and a refreshing nature walk. While at Mabira, expect to spot a variety of birds and primates like the red-tailed monkey. After, you will continue with your journey past the eye-catching sugar and tea plantations. Finally, you will cross the newly built Jinja Bridge and continue to the hotel for check-in. Dinner and overnight at Jinja Nile resort for (Luxury), Nile village hotel (midrange) or the heavens Uganda (Budget).

Day 2 -source of the Nile- boat cruises-Quad biking

After your breakfast at the hotel. Go for boat rides across the river Nile into Lake Victoria to Samuka Island, see monkeys, monitor lizards, pythons (and maybe even an authentic African Witchdoctor). The site also allows for camping, nature walks, parties and occasions with a truly spectacular nature setting. It’s ideal for Bird watching and anyone looking for a 1-day tour in the Ugandan Countryside. After you will head back towards the source of the Nile, as you leave the boat and the area around the source of the Nile is all fond of artisan shops so you can buy yourself some souvenirs. The next activity will be quad biking on the shores of the Nile and through the communities before returning to the hotel for dinner and overnight at Jinja Nile resort for (Luxury) Nile village hotel (midrange) or the heavens Uganda (Budget).

Day -3 Bujagali falls -Itanda falls and back to Kampala

After breakfast at your hotel, you will enjoy a city drive through Jinja town thereafter, you will embark on a thrilling excursion down the Nile, white water rafting through sets of wild rapids at Bujagali falls. The Nile rapids offer the rafters the thrill and excitement unmatched like no other before encountering the pools of water where one can take a swim and enjoy the vibrant bird and wildlife. After lunch you will drive to Itanda falls with a view of communities along the way, on arrival, you will be welcomed by a dancing group showcasing the Basonga cultural dance, while at the falls, you will be amazed by the sound of that rushing water gush, which can be heard miles away from the actual spot. After this experience the driver will transfer you to the hotel in Kampala or Entebbe Airport to catch your flight.
